WAYV is an Abu Dhabi company building AI software for industries that still run on group chats and spreadsheets. Broq is our first product: an operating system for boutique real estate agencies in the Gulf.

Why we are building this

Another dashboard was never the answer.

Agencies in the Gulf do not lose deals because they lack another place to type. They lose deals in the gaps: the voice note that never got logged, the buyer who waited two hours for a reply, the listing that lived only in someone's head.

So we did not build a prettier CRM. We built a system that listens to the work as it happens, in Arabic and English, and quietly does the parts that used to fall through. The agent stays in front of the client. The software handles everything in between.

An operating system earns its place by removing work, not by adding screens.

Builds Broq end to end: the product itself, the AI that turns a voice note into a qualified lead, and the infrastructure underneath it, from the multi-tenant data to the gateway that keeps Emirates ID and other sensitive data inside the region. If it is technical, it runs through him.

Abdulmalek

Founder. Business and Partnerships

Leads the business: the agencies we work with, the partnerships, and how Broq goes to market in the Gulf. Spends his time with brokers and owners, making sure what we build matches how agencies actually sell, and that our first agencies get what they were promised.
